Within a period of only 8 weeks, we planned and put into action the jubilee event of our long-term clients, “Debeka Leben”, which was attended by 2000 guests.
EBS-lights GmbH was responsible for: light, sound, camera- and video-production, video- and watchout-production, pyrotechnic- and laser-show, decoration, ringing, stage and stage-design, seating- and escape-route planning, (all planned with CAD and 3D rendering), as well as time-management, running order and technical management.
The main emphasis laid on the complexity of the LED lighting of the back- and side-walls. For the illumination of the side-walls, 180 Expolite ELP60 LED sticks were used to create an even illumination of the large spaces. 152 Pulsar ChromaPanels which were addressed by a PixelMad Matrixcontroller, created a gigantic, four levels comprising, background-picture. Altogether, operator Timo Martens had to address 500 DMX channels.
Further highlights were the specially build show-staircases, on which the moderators entered the stage. These staircases had their own disconnection-free circuit and were controlled by wireless DMX.
As if by magic, the guests were presented with the performance of the show-band after the main program. Right at midnight, the three-divided 18 x 6m projection-space was opened to reveal the musicians waiting behind. This was possible with the help of DMX-controlled screen-drive which allowed for exact co-ordination.
The main attraction however proofed to be the laser- and pyrotechnic-show which was specially designed for this event. Amongst others, three 7w white-light laser and several CO² Cyro-jets were used.
